Five ways you can contribute towards creating a better society

Most of us would like to do a lot for the world to make it a better place but somewhere we stop thinking that it would take a lot of time. We hardly have time for ourselves, finding time for others may be just unthinkable. Since the invention of constant communication (internet), we are left with no time to spare. But there are still many ways through which you can make a positive impact on this world.

The life of a man consists not in seeing visions and in dreaming dreams, but in active charity and in willing service.

• What about creating an educational video: You might be expert in your field but others are no. Why don’t you make an educational video decoding the tough nuts into small and understandable components? There are poor children and even adults who don’t have access to quality study materials. It doesn’t take much time to create a video. Start now!
• Organize a blood donation camp: Encourage your buddies at the office and join the fun by donating blood at the weekend. It’s easy to register with Navyug Foundation, and if your number of buddies is somewhere 50 then you just let us know. We will take care of the donation camp; you sit back and see how your little initiative will help in hundreds of patient’s treatment.
• Pick up the litter: We all come across litters while going to the office or on the way to parking lot. You may be conscious enough to not litter the streets but there are people who don’t.
